Culture & Careers
BEING A BRAINWORKER ISN’T FOR THE FAINT OF HEART.
the culture
The pace is fast.
The demands are intense.
Things are never perfectly organized or structured. Because we work with clients across a wide range of sectors – working here is anything but 9-5. We really do operate 7 days a week – so this isn’t for most people.
If that doesn’t scare you – read on. Every day is a different adventure and we have the amazing privilege of working with outstanding clients every single day. If you’re looking for a challenge rather than a job this could just be what you’re looking for. From flexible hours to the most comprehensive benefits, you can count on us to elevate your working experience.
We’re more of a family than people who happen to work together. We get into, and out of, lots of trouble together. We work really hard and we have a lot of fun. From monthly team dinners to beer on tap, we love our environment. Growth comes from being uncomfortable and we’re uncomfortable a lot of the time. The common thread of every team members is that we want others to succeed and to realize their true potential. That’s why we’re all here.
Available Positions
The opportunity
Are you an entrepreneurial, client-success-obsessed creative who is looking for a hands-on role that is not your typical design or agency gig? An opportunity to really be a part of something? Are you ready to work collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and suppliers on projects of all types and sizes, from startups to major corporations and all levels of government? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.
Our creative agency works with hundreds of clients across dozens of industries and we’re seeking a Senior Graphic Designer and Creative Mind to join our team. This is a full-team approach, co-operative spirit, and entrepreneurial role that requires diverse experience, critical thinking skills, and leadership abilities.
This is anything but a 9-5 (much more than that to keep us with the atypical structure of the agency and the entrepreneurial clients and projects it works on). If balanced is what ou’re looking for – this isn’t it. If an integrated approach to work and life is more your jam, keep reading.
We don’t work in silos here, information is never as prepared as we’d like it to be, and we’re often asked to deliver months of work in days of time – but for more than 10 years we’ve found the right people to make that magic happen. We’ve find spending less time worry about “what’s possible” and more time “making it possible” can create magic.
